Track Technology Systems, Inc. sells mounting solutions through a worldwide network of A/V integrators, dealers, architects, general contractors and technology consultants. How do I become a Track Technology Systems dealer?

Where is Track Technology Systems located?


Track Technology Systems, Inc. corporate headquarters is located in Fishers, Indiana 46037 USA and our logistics center is located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Both are on the northeast side of Indianapolis.

How quickly can I receive my order?


Track Technology Systems, Inc. will ship every order within 48 hours after receipt of purchase order for products that are in stock. Please indicate on your purchase order all conditions you desire regarding a required date for product receipt, lift gate service, inside delivery, etc. Same-day shipping can usually be obliged by submitting your order by 2:00pm EST during any normal business day.

What is your damaged goods/return policy?


FREIGHT DAMAGE: Upon receipt of a shipment, it is the responsibility of consignee to inspect the carton(s), boxes, pallets comprising the shipment for any visible damage to packaging. If carton damage is visible, TAKE PHOTOS and note the damage on the paperwork the driver asks you to sign. BE AS DETAILED AS POSSIBLE. If in the consignee’s opinion that the carton(s) are not fit to be received, TAKE PHOTOS and REFUSE the shipment.

Next, open the package(s) immediately and note any damage to the product INSIDE the carton. ONLY after this information is noted and collected, contact Track Technology Systems, Inc. at 1-800-995-3177. All products ship FOB Indianapolis, IN, or point of shipment. This means once it leaves our warehouse it is the responsibility of the purchaser.

CONCEALED FREIGHT DAMAGE: If a shipment is received with concealed freight damage, notify Track Technology Systems immediately. Keep the product in the original carton. If the concealed damage is not reported to the carrier and Track Technology Systems immediately, there is no recourse on behalf of consignee. The above steps must be taken on all shipments with damage whether Track Technology Systems ships to you or your customer.

What is your Return Authorization Policy?


All merchandise returned to Track Technology Systems must be returned with prior authorization and a Return Authorization Number provided by Customer Service. If you have received a defective product or the wrong product, contact Track Technology Systems to determine a corrective course of action. If consignee has ordered an incorrect product, Track Technology Systems will offer the return and replacement of said product. If consignee has ordered a product in excess of desired quantity, it can be returned for credit less shipping costs. A restock fee may apply. Product returned will be inspected for damage. If it passes inspection, full credit will be issued, less original shipping costs. Consignee will be re-invoiced for the replacement plus shipping charges. Returns are not allowed for merchandise over 90 days old; special order products, custom products or discontinued merchandise. Products returned that are damaged or missing parts will not be eligible for full credit unless they can easily be made saleable. Additional charges for parts and labor may apply. Restock charges will apply as follows. Merchandise invoiced in the past 0-90 days - 15%.

Are Track Technology Systems products covered by warranty?


We warrant our product to be free from defects in material and workmanship, for terms specified below, provided there has been normal use and proper maintenance. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only. All remedies under this warranty are limited to the repair or replacement of any item or items found by the factory to be defective within the time period specified. If you have a warranty claim, first you must call our factory at the number found in the back of this manual. You must retain proof of purchase and submit a copy with any items returned for warranty work. Upon completion of warranty fulfillment, if any, we will return the repaired or replaced item or items to you freight prepaid. Damage to our products caused by accidents, fire, vandalism, negligence, improper installation, misuse, Acts of God, or by defective parts not manufactured by us, is not covered under this warranty.

THE WARRANTY TIME PERIOD IS AS FOLLOWS: ALL “GOODS” MANUFACTURED BY OUR COMPANY: LIFETIME FRAME AND HARDWARE, NOT INCLUDING ROLLER WHEELS OR BRAKE PADS. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE CREATED HEREBY ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE SAME DURATION AND SCOPE AS THE EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTY. OUR COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE.

Diversiboard Panels

Diversiboard is a one-of-a-kind steel panel surface designed for use in the classroom or boardroom.

Diversiboard has two options. The first option, known as “PB” or Projector Board, offers a matte surface and is ideal for use with a projector. The second option, “MB” (Marker Board), is designed to add marker board space and carries a glossy surface.

What is most unique about both boards is that they are designed to work on our patented Diversitrack™ track mount system and Diversimount™, our stationary wall mount system!
